Pop princess first beat out actor Ashton Kutcher, who was the first twitter member to get one million followers. Aston Kutcher was the most popular celebrity on the forum last week but pop princess Britney Spears set a new record by Saturday 29 May 2010 with a fan following of 5,015,346.

70 years on, fans still cannot get enough of Tom and Jerry.Cartoon Network, the no. 1 kids’ channel in India is celebrating Tom & Jerry’s 70th Birthday with an hour and a half of non-stop hilarious escapades in “Chooha Billi Chor Police” every Monday to Thursday from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

Tom, the cat, is an opportunist, always crawling up to the powerful, whether it is the housekeeper, the dog, or even, on occasions, the mouse. While Jerry, the mouse, is a schemer, happy with his tiny little world until he is cornered or poked at. Together they form an incredible pair where constantly Tom chases Jerry and Jerry chases the cheese and from time to time, team up to get rid of an outside menace.
As part of the celebration, a special song for Tom & Jerry is being aired on Cartoon Network and two exciting “prank” themed on-air contests were rolled out. “TJ Top 10” contest invited kids to vote (sms to– 58558) for their favourite and prankiest Tom & Jerry shows and the first 250 respondents will win the ultimate TJ prank kits and exclusive TJ school bags. The top 10 episodes with the maximum votes will be aired as part of the T&J special on TJ Day - 1st April. Hollywood actress and one of the most beautiful gals Cameron Diaz has been named the worst Latino actress. This happened at the annual Lazzy awards for her poor performance in the top flop movie "The Box".

This gal who was one of the main stars in the movie "The Chalie's Angels" was given thumbs down distinction at the third annual Lazzies Awards handed out by Latina magazine for poor performances and bad films and TV shows.

This news has been buzzing around for two days now. I wish she does better roles and gives good performance in future.
